Federweisserausschank und Weinprobe

A large number of Zentrum members enjoyed a splendid afternoon at Helm's Winery in Murrumbateman. Federweisser and award-wining wines were at hand to wet the palate for traditional German Zwiebelkuchen. Ken Helm himself took pleasure in serving his wines for tasting and in demonstrating fermentation techniques.



The afternoon went quickly, with German-English conversations only sidelined occasionally by the distant call of the magpie. HT

Was gäbe ich drum, im März Federweisser und Zwiebelkuchen geniessen zu dürfen. Besser kann man internationale Beziehungen nicht pflegen und vertiefen!!
